The system installed in the receipt of the building, this based on an architectural device of Arabic tradition, used for many centuries to provide of natural ventilation and to refresh the interior of the buildings. The device has a system of water circulation from a deposit in the ground floor to a thread set that leads the water in the form of cascade. The water has two functions. On the one hand it dampens the dry air of the outside and on the other it absorbs part of the sensible heat of the air reducing its temperature.
The wind tower, can create a pressure gradient that upwards inhales a small amount of air through the interior of the building. This fresh and dry air of the night, crosses the water evaporating it and refreshing it. the wind tower can refresh the down spaces at the warmest moment of the noons of the desert, regulating the temperature and the air humidity.

El sistema instalado en la recepción del edificio esta basado s un dispositivo arquitectónico de tradición árabe utilizado durante muchos siglos para proveer de ventilación natural y refrescamiento al interior de los edificios.
El dispositivo tiene un sistema de circulación de agua desde un deposito a nivel de suelo hasta un conjunto de hilos que conducen el agua en forma de cascada. El agua tiene dos funciones. Por una parte humedece el seco aire del exterior y por otra absorbe parte del calor sensible del aire reduciendo su temperatura
El captador de viento, puede crear un gradiente de presión que aspira una cantidad pequeña de aire hacia arriba a través del recinto. Este aire fresco, seco de la noche, barre el agua evaporándola y refrescándola. el captador de vientos puede refrescar los espacios inferiores en el momento más cálido de los mediodías del desierto, regulando la temperatura y la humedad del aire.

This new style of this art based on the ecology and the worry for the environment, "eco" comes of "oikos" house in Greek, the house is our big body where it is lived and this in relation with the environment where all our senses are opened to all the sensations.

Este nuevo estilo de arte esta basado en la ecologia y la preocupacion por el medioambiente, “eco” viene de “oikos” casa en griego, la casa es nuestro cuerpo grande donde se vive y se esta en relacion con el entorno donde todos nuestros sentidos estan abiertos a todas las sensaciones.

El artista a través de la historia creaba sus obras con materiales que tenia a mano y utilizaba las técnicas tradicionales de su tiempo, la obra “sensorial eco-art” se adapta a los nuevos tiempos, con materiales actuales reciclables, que no alteran el medio ambiente.

“sensorial eco-art” se integra al medio ambiente natural y urbano donde se emplaza integrando las energías naturales como el sol, el viento, el agua y la tierra, creando múltiples sensaciones al espectador que la recorra. La escultura también cumple una función didáctica y pedagógica, para crear consciencia del respeto por el medio ambiente, la utilización de las energías renovables y de cómo, con la unión de todos estos conceptos pueden crearse sensaciones.

Las obras y esculturas “sensorial eco-art” también están pensadas para hacer llegar estas sensaciones a personas con algún grado de minusvalía, teniendo en cuenta que los otros sentidos están mas desarrollados.

Los cambios económicos, sociales, medioambientales, las nuevas redes y del hombre, actualmente son tan rápidos que es necesario un sistema eco-cibernético de diseño que nos permita adaptarnos a los continuos cambios externos e internos que interactúan, retroalimentando el proceso de diseño para obtener una autosuficiencia sostenible del hábitat.

The Eco Ensanche sets out like an urban reorganization, taking advantage of synergies that the zone of San Adria of Besos and Badalona gives, projecting an urban ecosystem that Integra the urban network and mobility between the zones 22 @ and Sagrera. Generating a connection between the marine sport ports of the Forum and Badalona.

This self-sufficient city scheme incorporates a set of initiatives of planning and environmental design, and an ecological landscape that contributes to the conservation of the environment through the intelligent use and advantage of the resources. Emphasizing the symbiotic interaction between the urban landscape and the nature, by means of a green mesh system that in addition serves as surrounding to the urban structure conformed by self-sufficient buildings that integrate several uses that are complemented to each other like integral strategy.

El eco ensanche se propone como una reordenación urbana, aprovechando las sinergias que da la zona de San Adria del Besos y Badalona, proyectando un ecosistema urbano que integra la trama urbana y la movilidad entre las zonas 22 @ y Sagrera. Generando un enlace entre los puertos deportivos del Forum y Badalona.

Este esquema de ciudad autosuficiente incorpora un conjunto de iniciativas de planeamiento y diseño medioambiental, además de un paisaje ecológico que contribuye a la conservación del medio ambiente a través del uso y aprovechamiento inteligente de los recursos. Enfatizando la interacción simbiótica entre el paisaje urbano y la naturaleza por medio de un sistema de corredores verdes que además sirve de envolvente de la estructura urbana conformada por edificios auto suficientes que integran varios usos que se complementa entre sí como estrategia integral.

The architecture and eco-cybernetic urbanism in its process of design realize a feedback of (input), elements and control systems, and have the two objectives (output), the habitat and the construction.

Input: The man, networks, economy, environment and the society.

Output habitat: Needs basic, biological, emotional, sensorial, ethical values and security, happiness and comfort.

Constructive Output: Is the rind that it protects to us of the surroundings with a binary combination of drained and volume, that generates spaces of dwelling, work, culture, commerce and leisure = self-sufficient city.

The feedback of input, allows to a positive evolution of the habitat and the construction of as they are the communication, the technology, the habitability, the culture and the viability, economic, average environmental and the future social. Out-put is an architecture and echo-cybernetic, flexible urbanism that adapts to the changes and the surroundings as it has done it to the nature you dare of the time.

La arquitectura y urbanismo eco-cibernético en su proceso de diseño, realiza la retroalimentación (feed-back) de los in-put elementos y sistemas de control y de los dos out-put , el hábitat y la construcción.

In-put: el hombre, redes, economía, medio ambiente y la sociedad.

Out-put hábitat: necesidades básicas, biológicas, emocionales, sensoriales, valores éticos, estéticos y seguridad = felicidad y confort.

Out-put constructivo: es la cascara que nos protege del entorno con una combinación binaria de vacío y volumen que genera espacios de viviendas, trabajo, cultura, comercio y ocio = ciudad autosuficiente.

El feed-back de los input y out-put, elementos y sistemas eco cibernético permite una evolución positiva del hábitat y la construcción con la interacción de las comunicaciónes, tecnología, cultura, habitabilidad, y viabilidad, económica, medio ambiental y social.El out-put es una arquitectura y urbanismo eco-cibernético, flexible que se adapta a los cambios y al entorno como la naturaleza lo ha hecho atreves del tiempo.

The blocks of the Eco-ensanche have rectangular form and conserve the typical chamfer (Chaflan) of blocks of the ensanche of Cerdà, and a great central garden courtyard, that divides the blocks in two parts. The part large ofthe block is oriented to the south, to takeadvantage of the light the sun, which makes more favorable the bio-climatic conditions of the buildings and more efficient the advantage of the solarenergy. The distance among the volumes this defined by the projection of the shades between them and towards the interior of the courtyard gardens.

La manzanas del eco ensanche tiene forma rectangular y conservan el típico chaflán de las manzanas del ensanche de Cerdà, y un gran patio jardín central que divide la manzana en dos partes.La parte mas larga de las manzanas esta orientada al sur, para aprovechar la luz del sol, lo que hacen mas favorables las condiciones bioclimaticas de los edificios y mas eficiente el aprovechamiento de la energía solar. La distancia entre los volúmenes esta definida por la proyección de las sombras entre ellos y hacia el interior de los patios jardín.

The blocks are crossed by the Green Pathways that create a pedestrian continuity that interlaces the natural ecosystem with the artificial structure of the city, formed by a mixed system of bio-climatic pergolas and wind towers with natural refrigeration. Based on a system of pulverization of the water of the phreatic level, which is pumped taking advantage of the wind energy. The towers of wind and refrigeration take the air hot that passes through a system humidifier that makes to go down its temperature. The bio-climatic.pathways allow that the flora and fauna of the river Besos not interrupted by the buildings and comprises of the Eco- ensanche.

Las manzanas están atravesadas por the green pahtways que crean una continuidad peatonal que entrelaza el ecosistema natural con la estructura artificial de la ciudad, formada por un sistema mixto de pérgolas bioclimaticas y torres de viento con refrigeración natural. Basado en un sistema de pulverización del agua del nivel freático, la cual es bombeada aprovechando la energía eolica. Las torres de viento y refrigeración cogen el aire caliente que pasa a través de un sistema humidificador que hace bajar su temperatura. Los corredores bioclimaticos permiten que la flora y fauna de la zona y del rió besos no se interrumpan por los edificios y forme parte del Eco- ensanche.

The eco-Bridges unite both sides of the river Besos, giving continuity to the ecological pathways of the eco-ensanche.The bridges are covered by a structure that allows that the vegetation grows, creating a habitat for the flora and fauna of the mouth's river Besos.

Other systems are integrated like a system of illumination by means of photovoltaic glass and Leds. Also it has a system of irrigation for the vegetation by means of the pulverization of the water that takes from the flow of the river. Turning it into Eco-Domes for the ecosystem of the river Besos.

Los Eco-puentes unen las dos orillas del río besos, dando continuidad a los corredores verdes del Eco-ensanche.Los puentes están cubiertos por una estructura que permite el crecimiento de vegetación, creando un hábitat para la flora y la fauna de la desembocadura del río Besos.

Otros sistemas están integrados. Un sistema de iluminación por medio de paneles fotovoltaicos y leds. Así como un sistema de irrigación para la vegetación, por medio de un sistema de pulverización de agua del cause del río Besos. De esta manera los puentes se convierten en Eco-domos para el ecosistema del río Besos

This group of self-sufficient buildings follows the shore of the river Besos and they are integrated to the surroundings by a system of green roofs, that allow the continuity of the vegetation. To conform a great natural park throughout the river, and that is connected with the Eco-ensanche by green pathways. In these buildings several activities are developed like support and leisure, that integrates the mouth of the river to the entire city. Creating a balance between the natural ecosystem and the artificial surroundings.

Este grupo de edificios autosuficientes siguen la ribera del rio Besos y se integran al entorno por un sistema de green roofs que permiten la continuidad de la vegetación. Para conformar un gran parque natural a lo largo del rio, y que se conectan con el eco ensanche por medio de los green pathawys. En estos edificios se desarrollan varias actividades de apoyo y ocio que integran la boca del rió a toda la ciudad creando un equilibrio entre su ecosistema natural y el entorno artificial.

The City eco-cibernetic in the design process takes input from the nature, its forms and strategies of integration with the environment.

Its structure resembles a forest of trees that look for the light and their roots give the base to support the movement and forces of the nature, like the seisms and wind.

La eco-cibernetic city en el proceso de diseño toma el input de la naturaleza, sus formas y estrategias de integración con el medioambiente.

Su estructura semeja un bosque de arboles que buscan la luz y sus raíces le dan la base para soportar los movimiento y fuerzas de la naturaleza que lo afectan, como los seísmos y viento.

Its self-sufficiency is not only limited in the energy aspect, by the integration of aerogenerators that take advantage of the airflows between the two towers, and to the obtaining water of the air, but also in the economic, social and environmental aspects by its flexibility and integration of uses in the 150 floors, that turn it into a “alive machine”.

Su autosuficiencia nos se limita únicamente a lo energético como la integración de aerogeneradores que aprovechan las corrientes de aire creadas entre las dos torres y a la obtención de agua del aire, sino también en los aspectos económicos, sociales y medioambientales por su flexibilidad y la integración de usos que lo convierten en una “maquina viva”.

This building integrate the communication networks, incorporating in its facade a system of photovoltaic lattices , that give energy to screens of leds, creating a facade multimedia that interacts with the changes of the atmosphere.

Also the skin of the building is made by bio-climatic panels who apply nanotecnología for their cleaning, these panels allows to the growth of vegetation in their surface creating a green mantle that purifies the air that crosses this skin.

Este edificio integra las redes informáticas y de comunicación incorporando en su fachada un sistema de celosías fotovoltaicas, que dan energía a unas pantallas de leds, creando una fachada multimedia que interactúa con los cambios del ambiente.

Así mismo la piel del edificio esta formada por paneles bioclimáticos que aplican nanotecnología para su limpieza, estos paneles permiten el crecimiento de vegetación en su superficie creando un manto verde que purifica el aire que atraviesa esta piel.

WATER BUILDING RESORT not contributed alone the knowledge and culture to the coming generations, if not also financial profitability for their promoters and investors.

WATER BUILDING RESORT, es un edificio sostenible de última generación (HITECH), diseñado arquitectónicamente e inspirado en la forma de una GOTA DE AGUA al caer desde las alturas… Un edificio sostenible, proyectado y pensado para crear conciencia del agua.
WATER BUILDING RESORT, aportara no solo el conocimiento y cultura a las generaciones venideras, si no también rentabilidad financiera para sus promotores e inversionistas.

The use is a dedicated Resort with an Acuarium, Restaurants, Gyms, Hotel, Spa service, Congresses, Conferences and permanents or itinerant Exhibitions rooms. Whose main dedications (among other) they will be thematic related with the universe of the Water, the environment and the renewable energy, their use, solutions, supplies, use and investigation (I+D).The building also harbors a Center of technological investigation (Cidemco) which will control certifications of industrial product of quality.

El uso es un Resort que alberga un Acuario, Restaurante, Gimnasios, Hotel, Spa, Congresos y Conferencias, Exposiciones permanentes e itinerantes cuya dedicación principal (entre otras) serán temáticas relacionadas con el universo del agua, el medioambiente y las tendencias en energías renovables, su uso, soluciones, suministros, aprovechamiento e investigación (I+D). El edificio incorpora también un centro de investigacion tecnológica (Cidemco) el cual controlara certificaciones de productos industriales de calidad.

The design of the building allows integrating the renewable energy as reception and optimization. The facade guided in the sun, cover by photovoltaic glasses of the last technology that allow transparency and they capture the solar energy to give electricity of the build.
The opposed facade in the sun, are lattices that allows the air entrance and it will be drive trough the equipment producing of drinkable water. The air when going by the central yard its aped increases and it leaves for a superior air generator , generating the electricity for another equipment.

El diseño del edificio permite integrar las energías renovables como captación y optimización de energía. La fachada orientada al sol esta cubierta por cristales fotovoltaicos de última tecnología que permiten transparencia y captan la energía para dar electricidad del edificio. La fachada opuesta al sol son celosías que permiten entrar el aire que es conducido a través de los equipos productores de agua potable. El aire al pasar por el patio central aumenta su velocidad y sale por el aerogenerador superior, generando la electricidad para abasteceder a todos los equipos.

WATER BUILDING RESORT, will be the first build in the world that transform the air into water, to obtain water starting from the air it seems a science fiction , however it is a reality thanks a new and modern technology TeexMicron incorporated in this building.
Their production based on the condensation of the humidity that is in the air, its location in the water of the sea, add a big value regarding a bigger condensation., allowing to take advantage a daily evaporation and the night condensation.

WATER BUILDING RESORT es el primer edificio en el mundo que convierte el aire en agua, obtener agua a partir del aire parece ciencia ficción sin embargo es una realidad… gracias a los equipos de ultima tecnología de “TeexMicron” incorporados en el edificio.
Su producción se basa en la condensación de la humedad que se encuentra en el aire, su emplazamiento en el agua del mar otorga un valor añadido respecto a una mayor condensación, permitiendo aprovechar la evaporación diurna y la condensación nocturna.

On the other hand WATER BUILDING RESORT will recycle the water taking the rain water and marine water too, purifying it with equipment incorporated in the base of the build. The generator of water TeexMicron allow to produce 5.000 liters of water for each volume of 21,17 m3 / 48 people, for the calculation we will use an average of 105 liters for persons. The equipment of 5.000 liters will work in temperatures condition from 20o to 40 o and a humidity between 30% at 95%.

Por otra parte WATER BUILDING RESORT recicla el agua aprovechando el agua de lluvia y desaliniza la marina depurándola con equipos incorporados en la base del edificio. Los generadores de agua “TeexMicron” permiten producir 5.000 litros de agua por cada volumen de 21,17 m3 equipo / 48 personas, para los cálculos usaremos un promedio de 105 litros por persona.

Esta propuesta de ciudad esta concebida como un organismo vivo, bajo los conceptos de sostenibilidad, e integrando la concepción del diseño cibernético, que nos permite retroalimentar toda la información del entorno medio ambiental, social y económico.

Esta propuesta de ciudad sostenible da una respuesta a todas estas variables, con la flexibilidad para adaptarse a nuevos cambios del entorno urbano y natural. Su crecimiento orgánico autosuficiente integra la vivienda el trabajo y el ocio.

El diseño urbano que se plantea hace que la ciudad crezca en el eje norte sur, tomando como criterio la trayectoria solar, permitiendo la ubicación de dispositivos de aprovechamiento de esta energía de una forma más eficiente.

En los extremos del eje este oeste están los puntos catalíticos de trabajo conformado por eco-industrias, así como la integración de un centro urbano de agricultura ecológica. De esta manera su crecimiento se auto regula directamente con su crecimiento económico, manteniendo un equilibrio social equitativo, económicamente viable y medio ambientalmente controlado, reduciendo al mínimo su impacto sobre su entorno.

la integración y aprovechamiento de elementos naturales como el agua y la vegetación, así como un análisis del asoleamiento crean un sistema de microclimas en el entramado urbano , regulando las condiciones ambientales así como el aprovechamiento de las energías renovables del entorno tanto para el uso urbano como para los edificios.
